Sarah Berg
Legal Assistant
My passion for supporting immigrant families started at home—my mother emigrated from Trinidad & Tobago, and my father from Romania. Inspired by their journeys, I was drawn to the legal field in high school, eager to make a meaningful difference. With the goal of guiding and advocating for clients, I pursued my paralegal certificate alongside a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Legal Studies at Molloy College.
"Here for you to feel heard and valued."
After graduating, I worked at a nonprofit providing free legal services to union members. While assisting clients in civil property and matrimonial cases, I saw firsthand the power of a listening ear and a compassionate heart in legal advocacy. Seeking mentorship and leadership skills to further my impact, I returned to Molloy to obtain my MBA in Management, refining my ability to communicate effectively and lead with purpose.
Beyond my work, I mentor college students and post-grads, helping them navigate life after graduation and explore their career aspirations. I also enjoy traveling, discovering new cuisines, and spending time at the beach. When I’m not mentoring, you’ll likely find me on a quest for the best guacamole and al pastor tacos along the East Coast.
